The Yankees take on two of their own products today, as they’ll face Jesus Montero in the lineup and Hector Noesi on the mound. After a win against Felix Hernandez last night, the Yankees will look to take the series this afternoon before Andy Pettitte‘s return to the team tomorrow.

    Noesi must be jacked, he averages 92 but he’s was almost all 95 in that first inning.

    I must say Happy Birthday to Yogi. The first game I ever saw Berra homers in the bottom on the 9th to tie the game, Yanks win in the 10th on an HR by Mantle. Hooked for life!!

    Phil musta had 10 popouts, if you include those in shallow right, left. 6 – 8 more weak flyballs. I haven’t seen anyone get that much popping.
