Looks like we may be in for a double header, hopefullly not another game getting made up whenever, rain out in the Bronx!
A double header won’t happen this week. Multiple beat writers shot that down already.
It makes sense, the weather forecast is bad for today. And there’s a MLB rule that you can’t host a double header on getaway days, so Thursday is out.
Red Sox-Rays at Fenway are on regional coverage on MLB Network.
No score, bottom of the first.
a good rain out..martin gets two days off..alex gets three..posada hopefully slept in the cage with tex..gardner honed his bunting. jeter sat with long and watched film. maybe joe skips hughes.. yanks gain two in the lost resting…montero mashing away.. it was nice watching cry baby pukalous sweat tonight and kick the dirt..
Yeah, Montero is destroying in AAA right now. He may force their hand for a call up by mid-May.
i hope cash don’t use his start to trade him..sell high
