    Domination time.

The yankees are going to have to find a way to get CC more warmed up in between starts when he has big layoffs like this because the first inning rust is killing us early and it really digs you a hole you can’t always get out of.

I saw they had him throw 2 bullpens in between this start instead of one but they need to keep the work going to figure out a way to get him sharp on long rest.

I’d like to see Kerry throw a few more hooks but he seemed to settle down quite a bit after getting that pick off, he still hasn’t been the consistent Kerry Wood we saw during the regular season but hopefully after going 1-2-3 thanks to a pickoff he will settle down and coast the rest of the way through.

I understand the logic behind having someone bunt when they have struggled in the postseason and they are hitting from their weaker side but in this situation I think you have to have Swisher swing away, he isn’t the greatest bunter ever and he has home run power or at the very least has the ability to work a walk or get the guy over with a sac fly.
