Create A Team From The Free Agent Class
Go check out Pete Abe’s new blog, where he is running a fun contest. The objective is to create a 25 man AL roster, with 12 pitchers, 13 position players, and an available manager from this season’s free agent class. I thought it would be fun to do one here, and hopefully you guys will put together your own clubs in the comments. The free agents pitchers and position players can be accessed by clicking the links.

- Most poker sites open to US players also provide online casinos accepting USA players. A good example of this is BetOnline.com, where you can play 3D casino games, bet on sports or play poker from anywhere in the United States.

You mean like this link:
Pete first steals from Chad Jennings, then craps all over Yankee WS victory
No thanks. Pete has made clear his disdain for the Yankees and their fans. I have no desire to read anymore of his nonsense.

Talk about a strikeout lineup…
SP: John Lackey
SP: Andy Pettitte
SP: Vicente Padilla
SP: Ben Sheets
SP: Randy Johnson
That’s a shaky pitching staff, a lot of talent but all 5 could end up on the DL or cut by the team by the end
Closer: Jose Valverde
RP: Billy Wagner, LHP
RP: Brandon Lyon, RHP
RP: Mike Gonzalez, LHP
RP: Rafael Soriano, RHP
RP: J.J. Putz, RHP
RP: Darren Oliver, LHP
That’s actually not a bad pen… Valverde can close and you mix LHP and RHP really well…

Backup infielder: Nick Johnson
Backup outfielder: Marlon Byrd
Utility: Mark DeRosa
Manager: Bobby Valentine
Not a very good free agent class at all!
