I didn’t really think this was going to happen when I wrote about it last Tuesday

Improbably enough, the Twins and Tigers have made Yankee fans’ dreams come true and are playing each other in a one-game playoff on Tuesday. Whoever wins will come into Yankee Stadium on Wednesday beat up and facing a fresh CC Sabathia. Sounds like a pretty good deal to me.
