I like the raw stuff Dunn possess and I really hope he can contribute next year, having a lefty out of the pen who can throw 95 is always worthy and his change up really impressed me.

I saw this guy pitch this summer a few times, I like what I saw. If he can fine tune his C&C a bit…there is your replacement for Phil but, maybe as a 6th or 7th inning arm to start with and let him earn his strips. I am not 100% sure he will be ready this coming year but soon enough, let’s not rush him to much.
I just hope one of the hard throwers can contribute next year, I like power arms in relief and if they have two quality pitches that’s much better. Phil got away with one pitch this year but, most hitters will catch up to it sooner then later.

I don’t think Dunn has the potential to set up or close if that’s what you are thinking, and to start with he would be a left specialist more than a 6th or 7th inning guy. Dunn is a nice pitcher form the left side but he also has almost no control but he should be able to come up and do something for us next year, at the very least he can get lefties out.
