- Edwar Ramirez took the loss and blew the save, giving up 4 runs on 4 hits and a walk in 2 innings of work.
- Ramiro Pena and Austin Jackson were each 1 for 4. Pena also stole a base.
- Shelley Duncan was 1 for 3 with a double and a walk.
- Juan Miranda was 0 for 3 with a walk.
- Francisco Cervelli was 1 for 3 with a sac fly, but was also picked off.
- Yurendell de Caster was 2 for 4 with a homer.

- Manny Banuelos got the start, giving up a run on 2 hits and 2 walks in 4 innings, with 2 strikeouts. Manny has been on fire of late, following an incredible 0.89 June ERA with a 1.80 line so far in July. He has not surrendered more than 1 earned run since May 23, and his ERA is at 2.20.
- Jose Pirela was 3 for 5, raising his average to .314.
- Melky Mesa was 1 for 3 with a double and 2 walks. He stole his 10th base, and was also caught once.
- Corban Joseph was 2 for 3 with 2 walks.
- Taylor Grote was 1 for 4 with a walk.
- Abe Almonte was 3 for 4 with a triple and a sac bunt.
- Garrison Lassiter was 3 for 4 with a walk, raising his average to .299.

- Eduardo Sosa was 1 for 3 with a walk, and broke his hitless streak against lefty pitchers. He also stole his 3rd base of the year.
- Jose Mojica was 2 for 4, raising his average to .359. He also made a throwing error.
- Francisco Arcia was 1 for 3.
- Justin Milo was 1 for 3 with a walk.

Anyone know when Ian Kennedy will be back?
I was under the impression that he would be back mid-August. Do not recall where I saw it.
From what I can recall, he has started throwing again, but I don’t think they really expect much out of him on the season.
