The Yankees just got some good news about the injuries to Robinson Cano and Damaso Marte, as Peter Abraham is reporting that neither has any structural damage. Cano has bursitis, while Marte is suffering from inflammation. That sound that you hear is an exhale from Brian Cashman. Expect to hear about some more cuts soon to make room in the ST lineup/bullpen for the two returning players.

Cano has already played in the last two games. No report yet on Marte.
