We’re in the middle of the worst economic crisis in most people’s lifetimes. Congress has a ton of work to do on a new budget, new energy policy, and a host of other things that come with a new President.

Of course, Representative Cummings (D MD-7) believes that the best use of the people’s time is to publicly embarass a United States citizen who has no business before the Congress. Congress has no business getting involved where there is no criminal investigation even considered by the justice system, and not even something like the Mitchell Report to justify a hearing. This is one player.

As I’ve done for past hearings, if this happens I will have a list of people to vote against posted. Is your Representative wasting your time and money?
